Young musicians will have the opportunity to rehearse and perform as part of a full orchestra, working closely with experienced professional musicians in a supportive and stimulating environment.

An optional sectional rehearsal will take place on 4th October.

The day will start at 10am and culminate in a one-hour concert at 4.30pm, when friends and family are warmly invited to enjoy the results of the day’s work.

Whether you are looking to develop your orchestral playing, meet other young musicians, or experience the excitement of performing under professional direction, this promises again to be a memorable and rewarding musical experience.

Places are limited on some instruments, so early application is recommended.

This is another special orchestral day in our Music programme and includes an optional but advisable sectional rehearsal in Broadstone on 4th October when young musicians will be presented with the option to also gain Free access to the Lower Brass Broadstone Music recital at 4.30pm. Lower brass young musicians are also welcome to join in the Free workshop with our friends on the same afternoon........the 4 BSO Lower Brass section!
