The top professional Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra (BSO) Lower Brass section friends will be joining us to showcase these wonderful and increasingly rare instruments. Young musicians aged under 18 will have the opportunity to try a trombone or tuba for the first time at 2pm, or, if they already play, take part in an exciting workshop led by professional BSO musicians.

The afternoon will culminate in a 4pm PUBLIC RECITAL, where participants will perform side-by-side with the BSO Lower Brass players in one item. Come and hear these distinguished musicians in recital, enjoy refreshments, and join in one of the pieces even if you have never played before. You might even then decide to learn the trombone or Tuba, with supported lessons. 

Young people (age under 18): Free admission.
Adults attending the recital: £12 (includes refreshments)
